If you need to learn scripth languages I really recommend: http://www.w3schools.com/ I learned HTML and JavaScripth from this website on just four weeks. There is a quiz for every scripth to test your knowledge, hundreds of good examples and a good userinterface. There are approximately 43 languages to learn there and also useful things as tutorials on flash-creating. Well, if the form has a mailto field, it sends it to your address. That's the most common one. I'd suggest, though, using javascript to check the answers.
