This tool, does it have a link where people can check it? The same has been said of a lot of people in history, including the pope and George W. Bush. Ultimately, when you have a name, a number, and something to prove, you'll come up with some obscure system that gives you the answer you want. Apparently, it picks up in March. It seemed to do so last year as well. But as I said, to get a more complete picture I need to keep it running for a couple of months. After all, it doesn't take any more bandwidth than someone who merely checks the forums once an hour. Another long thread? Long posts? Possibly involving the acronyms IC and OOC? The complete table with all measured times is here. Updates happen randomly and at odd times.
