domain capabilities or my-sql databases). Unfortunately I am not onsite
with the servers. Because we are a small starting up hosting company we
are using a reseller package that is provided by buyers-heaven.com. We
have been consistently trying to contact them with no reply for the
past week. I can assure you that we are just as frusturated as you are as
we cannot access our admin control panel to even troubleshoot issues
with any member account. We will begin looking for a new server.
However, we fully understand your frustration and will not be charging any of
our customers until these problems are corrected and new stable and
reliable server has been located. Furthermore, we will understand and
cooperate with requests for money back. Once again, I apologize and will
continue to keep you informed.
