I have lurked around two years but joined this year. The misc. was a forum like general now. The boards were on ikonboard before moving to UBB.classic. It is just an engine like phpbb or invisionboard. EDIT : sorry for the redundancy, Mindspark posted will I was writing. A brief history of Spiderweb: March 2001: The first Spiderweb forums, on Ikonboard, are created. I believe this was on the 23rd, but I'm not sure. October 2001: Ikonboard replaced with this lovely UBB you see now. A few people registered before the public opening, though. October 2002: The Misc. forum, which was supposed to separate the random babble from the Spiderweb related topics on General, was closed for having too much spam. General promptly took most of the junk. October 2003: Something eventful will happen. Just you wait... —Alorael, who will hope for Misc's re-opening.
