The same thing happened to me. I did have a backup and a printout of the original registration email, but the code still didn't work (Geneforge). For all I know, it may never have worked. I've never been very good at games, so I may never have reached the limit of the demo! :-)

Is there any way to get Geneforge 2 to display in a window? I have dual monitors at 1200x1600, and I'd like to just play the game in a window. Or, even if I could have the game full screen on a single monitor, that would be great.

The original Geneforge wouldn't do this either, which always bothered me.
