Problem with loading game in BoE, OS XP in Tech Support

So i looked up for my .sav file, but i saw windows thought it was Civ3sa document. Then i used regedit to "free" the .sav extencion and restarted. Now BoE works. Problem with loading game in BoE, OS XP in Tech Support

The Load game button in BoE menu doesnt work, and the open button in BoE and Char. editor.(i can make a new party, though) First i tried re-installing the game. Didnt work. Then i deleted any reference to exile in regedit. Still doesnt work.
