I think you start on the west tile. Either save before starting or just keep getting on and off the tiles until you get it right. Leaving the level also acts as a reset. You need to step on the tiles in the center of the room going in clockwise direction until all the fires are lit. I think you start on the west tile.

Either save before starting or just keep getting on and off the tiles until you get it right. Leaving the level also acts as a reset.
