Go to Galag-Trav the area northeast of the Ruined Hall, across the river, and surrounded by mountains. In the lower level there is the raised area in the northwest that is reached by a secret door in the north center edge of the map. Once inside, just kill Fomorians until you get the message about taking the ruby.
