How can I enter as a Celt? I've done the arbor path thingie but the hunter has got me stumped.

The Hall of the Lamp is accessible after you complete the Circle Warrens to the south. Only part is possible for the Celts if you use sever seal spell.

Is the hunter the Hagfen quest? I"m not sure what you are refering to.
