Where in the newbie areas can you sell stuff, and who to can you sell the items to? I can't find anyone in/around Fort Emergence that will sell stuff. Of course, I haven't really tried... so please help me?

Exile 3 isn't as nice as Avernum. The two closest places to sell stuff is west and a little north to New Cotra and go outside and southeast to Krizan.
