Is there anyway to reset a city? A monster killed a person in a town that I need to talk to in order to take a ferry. I hadn't saved in a while either.

It helps if you tell us which game. Try leaving the town, hitting ">", and returning. If that does not work, visit four other towns and return and things may reset. If it is a major character, he/she may not return, but I somehow doubt it.

Presumably, E3. I'm pretty sure there aren't any town character-based ferries in E1 or E2, just outdoor encounter-based ones.

Yeah, I thought so too, but it has been so long I thought I'd ask.

I think he means Ogla, If so, that happened to me to, just visit other cities {or get the orb of tralini at day 60, other wise obtained after troglodytes but avernum is roaches which is what you have the problem of so just listen to other advise and forget what I said}.

For future reference, it's Orb of Thralni.

Although "tralini" did amuse Dikiyoba.
