Or you could just make it yourself. Spiderweb has NEVER made any themes for Windows, and I doubt it would start now for Exile, even if it does bring back fond memories. If you want one so badly, make it yourself (it's not very hard), and then post it up here for us all to see (and improve upon if you want).
