I decided to start playing A4 so what kinda team I should make or is default good enough?

It's always up to the player. You can choose one of the pre-meditated "class" or you can make a custom one. Customs start out with less skill points (on creation) but you'll have more flexibility. For A4, I usually make 1 fighter(pole spec'd), a dedicated archer(for the Heartstriker), and a mage/priest.

The default is perfectly usable, yes. And if this is your first time through the game, it might actually be easier than trying to figure out how to maximize your skill point usage at the very beginning.
