Hello,

Can anyone tell me if its possible to run Avernum 4(Windows Version) in a window? (not full screen)

And how does riposte work? With 1 level of riposte do I get a 5% chance of riposting any attack? or just 5% chance of riposting when/if I parry? (Assuming 1 level of riposte = 5%)

I'm pretty sure that A4 can only be run in windowed mode using another program to do it.

This isn't the best discussion on the topic I know there is a better one, but the search function isn't being helpful.

Try D3DWindower.But you maybe need to change the desktop's color to 16bit.
Well would A5 be a resolution of 1024 & 32bit?

Thanks for your responses.

I managed to find D3DWindower.
The ingame cursor seems to move at a different speed from the windows cursor, so at the moment I am clicking outside the window once in a while. Besides that, this seems to work.
