Formello locked me out!

Error message

I got the demo of Avernum 4 yesterday,I got all the way to Formello and this message screen comes up and says something about this gaurd saying there's some sort of quarintine and nobody in the market.How do I get in Formello?

Go back to Fort Draco and get the quest to investigate the mines to the north. After you successfully finish the quest, you will get orders allowing you into Formello.
