Gladwell Slimes

I killed the slimes... before the quest.
When i got the quest, gladwell said,
WHAT DID U DO TO MY SLIMES!
Is there any way to resurrect those slimes...

It's not that easy to get around them to the feeding spot without getting swarmed. I should have tried strong daze instead of what I did and it might have gone easier.

Not doing the quest means that he doesn't allow you free access to his spellbook and other minor help.
