Rentar's Pillar Problem

After allowing Rentar to return to her homeland, her Pillar appears. I touch it, and the bottom three characters dissapear but my first stays. I press it again. Nothing happens. I tried "backtostart" but the King claims I haven't captured Rentar yet.

So I start a new game, thinking that maybe it was a bug for the file or something. Same problem happens again.

Any ideas?

If the problem is recurring, I'd contact Jeff as it would be a bug.

The first thing I'd try would be redownloading Avernum 4, as this sounds like a script error, possibly due to a corrupted file. If that doesn't work, yeah, contact Jeff.
