Scenario Shipwrecked 1.0 running in windowed mode. I went to the glowing crystal in the north, and when it was switching to the new location, it died. Crashdump follows.

This repeated after reloading. I've saved the game in case you all want it.

I haven't played this scenario before, so I don't know if this is a known crash.

Shipwrecked was not officially released by its designer. Bad Tyranicus for hosting it without an explanation. Mr Croft, this is your opportunity to learn BoA scripting and to fix the offending scenario. Many will be grateful. The Editor and other support documents can be found through links on the BoA web page.

The newest version of Macintosh Blades of Avernum is less tolerant of custom graphics with bad data than earlier versions. I am posting alerts about it for the scenario designers and scenarios hosted on this site should be fine soon (if there are, in fact, problems now).

We can't vouch for scenarios not hosted on our site. In the meantime, if a scenario is causing crashes, play a different one.

Shipwrecked is terrible anyhow, if you hadn't got stuck there you problaby would have got stuck elsewhere. Or maybe you'd tire of self mutilation first and quit on your own.

Either way this is saving you a lot of trouble.
