Hmmmmmm Try these: 1. Is your Internet settings preventing you from downloading files? You can check on the Internet Options choice on the Control Panel. 2. Are you able to download other files? The you might be able to find some sort of anwer in your browser's help file. 3. Thanks BB. I'll try them and see if any of them works. 10 minutes later- Thanks BB! I took your advice and applied it. I clicked "download" and put some popcorn in the microwave. By the time it was done the download screen was up. It's 7% done so far. Thanks again!
