Its just called "Tiny Orb of Mist", and it is obvious because its the title.

Its a item enhancement that says it increases speed, but I wonder if it increases AP.....

Anyway, if you see one, you can't miss it, its a dark black and red orb and it stands out.

No, it doesn't increase your AP. I think it boosts Quick Action if you put it on a weapon.
