I can't for the life of me remember/locate where the blacksmith who sells shaped armor is at anymore. I remember him as being located around Dhonal's keep. Can someone point him out to me?

Inside Dhonald's Keep, Northeast corner, go up to Lord Rahul's quarters and turn east.
