I'm working on Geneforge 2 and there is a servile named Bailoo and I feel that there is something to be done with him but I don't know what. He came from Drypek but the hint book doesn't mention him at all. Can someone help me?

There's nothing you can do about him. He serves as flavor and a red herring for the Medab quest but not anything else.
