i am in drypeak and looking for takena..walkthru says he is a guard near Elili i have tried all the gurads i can find..cant find him.. anyone know where he is?

He's in the barracks, not outside like the rest of the guards. Also, he only appears after you've gone to Drypeak Warrens and spoken with Zakary.
