When i put the editor into the program file then
start geneforge but then when its about to load the game it freeze wats hapening?

Which editor?

Try redownloading the editor. If that doesn't work, try redownloading Geneforge and then redownloading the editor. If that doesn't work try redownloading Geneforge. If that doesn't work it probably has nothing to do with an editor.

Im Using windows XP
editor is the 1 with "south end"
I back up all the geneforge files.
tried reloading it gazillion times but stil doesnt work

So you copied all of the text, saved it as a text document with the name z2southenddlg, and put it in the Scripts folder, right?

it work but now they seem to walk faster

Replace the modified gf3itemschars.txt script with the original. (You did back up your original scripts, didn't you?)
