Remember that explosive sound you hear whenever you use fireball or firestorm in Exile 3? Can that sound still be used somehow?

No current way of doing so.

I suppose you could procure some program to read/open/edit the data files for sound, and replace it with what you want, but I'm not sure that will work either.
