hey i want to know if in a1 there is a easter egg like the generic dungeon in rentar ihrno kepp in a3 or the smile valley of the unused slot in the portal in a2 but in avernum 1.

The only Eater Eggs I recall are the few references to Vahnatia and the stuff like orbs with Girzard... Gizhard... the evil wizard from A2 anyway.

Anything like a secret dungeon would be news to me.

There's no big secret in A1, and the references to subsequent Avernum games are more foreshadowing, not easter eggs.
