Is GF2 better than GF3?

From all the bad comments made by most of the Mac users after they played GF3. Do you guy think GF2 is actually better than GF3?

I am a window user so this summer I going to see how bad or how good GF3 actually is.....

I like G3 better than G2, but than again I like G1 better than G2. There is more loot in G3 and it's easier to make lots of money. I also like that the canisters have an actual effect on you.

Sound like music to my ear, the hardest part of the first two GF games is to collect lot of money; without using the trainer that is. Hope what you said about easier to make lots of money is true in GF3.... :)

I've played the three within the last month. I think they're all pretty much the same. The pros and cons in each of them, for me, more or less cancel each other out (within the parameters of the general feeling/mechanics/gameplay of these games). So if you've like the GF series so far, you'll probably like GF3 as well. Jeff isn't re-inventing the GF wheel. It seems that GF4, at least plot wise, will be different. We'll see next year (I guess).

until i get G3, im playing dozens and dozens differents ways by playing with trainers and scripts (i have an agent that look like an artila, a shaper who look like an outsider mage,and a guardian who is really a thad)
