As you get near, a window pops up saying something about the smell of decay in the air. Trees block access to the area. Is there any way to get in the building? Walk around its side. There's just enough room for you to squeeze in. Not that there's anything there- just 10 coins, other assorted trash, and two Ghouls. Heck, the EXP from those two is worth more than the "treasure" therein.
