Ok, I looked, looked, and looked in the Experiment Halls. The only place I couldn't get to was a cabinet that was surrounded by the green patches on the floor that you can't get past(in the SE corner). Is this where the pants of power are located? How do I get to the cabinet? I've tried a shatter crystal all around the outside of the room... Oh, I also thoroughly checked the Student Quarters too.... grrrrrr....
