How am I supposed to get into the Goblin town if I don't have Move Mountains. I've heard something about using a Stoneshatter crystal, but I don't know where to find one.

If you truly can't cast Move Mountains, search around the place where you need the spell for a secret passage. If your max priest level is below that needed to cast the spell and you don't have the spell itself, the passage will be there.
