Specifically, in your BoA Files folder (if you're on a Mac -- BoA Data if PC), there is a text file called corescendata2.txt that lists all the items. If you're not terribly familiar with scripting, it can be a bit inaccessible, but if you just want the names, you can look at the line that says something like it_full_name = "Fish"; That will tell you the names. You can also open up the editor, make a new scenario, and use the menus that say I1, I2, etc to look at the list of items. You can even place them to see what they look like if you want. EDIT: Oh, um, Westra's Cookbook also lists default items.
