I just post a link to TM's links, because they are rather comprehensive. (It's even in the title!) However, if you want just BoA and not BoE, then...

The Lyceum, which is too important to leave out, even though it is mainly BoE.

Most of it is trash-- ridiculous personal pages, article reviews, ranting oddness but there are a few interesting things here or there. There are some sites in Italian, Czech, Russian, and German which is kind of interesting. Couldn't find any non-spiderweb listed avernum scenarios though.
