Go to the spider caves further up; I think the spiders are in the Administration level. Ask the chief spider about the stone, and you will get a quest to retrieve some eggs. Complete this quest, and you will get directions to the stone, which will appear in your inventory. When you use this stone, it will allow you to pass through all of the green barriers on the level where you used it. The stone has unlimited uses. Find the three Vahnatai deep in the school; they will tell you that the friendly spiders have an opening stone. Go to the spider caves further up; I think the spiders are in the Administration level.
