Where is this Hidden Empire fort the journalist in Buzzan spoke about?

It is strange. Blades of Avernum is in medieval, but it looks pretty much like our world. What they call "magic" is obviously science. The warfare differs the most.

The hidden empire fort is to the northeast of Fahl. You may need to get the mission to destroy it from the Hill Runners before you can see it. If you want to help the Empire, don't go in past where the soldier stops you.
