Way to go! One suggestion: Arrange the non-character graphics in the 1 X 8 sheets that we know Avernum 3 is using so (hopefully) they can be plug and play. Even if that means leaving 4 cells blank, I think that's OK. Also, what I have posted is just a draft at this point. It will eventually be relocated on my site to a better place, but it should be a safe link for some time to come.
