The only machine I've been able to find in the mines of the Perfect Forest is the smashed in control panel in one of the two mirror/laser rooms. There is an area further NW that I cannot get to, though. Stalagmites block a door in one area. Another possible rout is a blue wall with three segments that seem to be cracked. Alright, I'll take you through it step-by-step. First, go back to the smashed control panel. Now, head straight north to a building with cracks in the wall. Head east, then back north.
