(Almost)Everyone knows that you can create movies with BoE,bu it is time consuming,tedious and,unless i'm stupid,the party always shows up.So,it would be realy nice to create stuff similar to Avernum 3 intro with BoA,easily.Any changes that this could be in the game? -------------------- Speed and power! The party didn't appear if you killed them first, using a Kill/Raise PC node, stoning the entire party, and moving their items to a Saved Item Rectangle. Having tried to make some mini-movies in Quintessence, IMO this is like using a hammer to drive a screw - you can do it, but man is it inefficient! If BoA has the ability to display an external image like a GIF, I'd make an animated GIF for this. You lose sound, however. Better yet, a FLASH movie. Just tell the user to access the movie at the proper time. Not seamless, but far easier to construct. -------------------- All that we see, or seem, is but a dream within a dream. A simple idea that could be used to somehow add another unique characteristic to each scenario is maybe the option to change the opening picture of BoA to one of ones desire, I dont think that would be hard to do since I believe I can already do it using ResEdit, but the idea is to have it as an option in the Editor. :P -------------------- "I don't want to achieve immortality through my work, I want to achieve it through not dying."
