Is it possible to have the blades of exile scenarios edited to work with blades of avernum?

Yes.

But plan on spending 3 times as long fixing the BoA version as you did making the BoE version. As for porting someone elses scenario, that is even more difficult.

In fact, it might be better to start from scratch. Previous ports (of which there have only been two) could just as easily been redone.

And as for RoR, it was redone, mostly.

The worlds of BoA and BoE are totally different. And BoA is far more flexible. You might consider porting manually.
