Since this is a question about the editor, it should be in the editor forum, but eh. You might want to start by reading the Designer FAQ. It has a number of answers and links that you may find useful. EDIT: You may also want to wander through the links on that site, particularly the one to the Cookbook. And the best way to learn how to make scenarios is to look at the ones that have already been made and see what they consist of.
