If I were actually convinced you meant the second puzzle by the walkthrough's numbering system, I'd be a lot more confident giving this answer, but I'll give it anyway. The easiest way I know of to solve this one is to move the first mirror to (35,30), which is the space with the single north wall. Next, move another mirror from (39,25), along the east wall, up to (38,19), next to the northeastern-most mirror in the room. Then get the last mirror in the room and put it at (38,30), which is a few spaces to the east from where the first mirror got put. Move the first mirror out of the way of the beam, and voila! You're done.
