When you download the file and decompress it, you should use cut(or copy) and paste to move it into the folder "Blades of Avernum Scenarios(or just move the zip or whatever kind of file it is and decompress it in that folder.)". Then start the game, load or create a new party and select "enter scenario." A list of all the scenarios (including the one you just moved) that can be played will be on the list. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through the list.
