While this is possibly a really simple question to answer for some of you people, I am somewhat new to this and would like to know how to exactly install any of the downloaded scenarios. Like, where do you put the files?

Put the scenario into its own folder inside the \scenarios folder of your Blades of Avernum installation. Be sure the scripts and the actual scenario file is inside. The game should be able to recognize that there is a new scenario available to play.
