Today, one of my teachers told one of us that if they could tell us why it was pi day, they could get out of detention. Being very eccentric, I thought this particular teacher had just made that up. Didn't know anyone else had actually made a special day for pi. However, it's more convenient in quadratic equations, when 484/49 is quite a pain. Oh, and I forgot to say something a lot earlier in this topic.
