I think it's safe to assume that Jewels is not a Nazarene.

Wesleyan actually. We're not too different, but not exactly alike. But I don't see what religion has to do with pesudoinebriation.

Now if you'll excuse me, I think I see someone over there that needs to be toasted.

*grabs paper bag and heads to Aran's thread*

Pseudoinebriation? I'm so disappointed. I had this very cool, colorful picture of you developing rather nicely in my mind.

So, what's your real vice then, Gizzy? Chocolate? I have a pet theory that everyone has at least one, even if it's game-playing or getting an adrenaline rush off rock-climbing.

She has at least two that we know of. You won't get to hear about either of them on these forums.

How then do "we" know of them?

Ad-vice. :P

...

Is this to become another name your "..." thread?
...

I return the query, since you asked, but I will volunteer:

I eat rather ridiculously healthily most of the time, but I have a weakness for good ice cream, especially when stressed or depressed.

I like port wine, martinis, and anything that tastes sweet/half good promising a significant kick, though I quite infrequently drink.

I have a fierce libido, but I don't file that under vice in and of itself.

My biggest all around rush in life is really meaningful and intimate conversation, quite plainly.

Vices of mine:
- Warlocks
- vodka with red bull
- several that are, uh, not quite G-rated, but quite... stimulating

I have conquered my puritanism enough that nothing connected with sex falls into the category of vice for me...although I do like to err on the side of what makes a good story. Well, I used to, anyway. I rarely drink and haven't smoked in ages. My biggest vice is, alas, Pringles potato chips. On the bright side, I'm sure I can build something out of all the discarded cans.

Hmmm...

Chocoholic? Yes.
I have a sweet tooth for the most unhealthy pastries also. No pumpkin pie please, hand me that box of krispy kreams instead.

Then there's my most healthy addiction to sex which contains some things therin that I will not discuss out of a new-found respect for a private husband. "It's none of your business." as he would say.

Oh... then there's the most revolting vice possible...

I... I admit it.

I'm addicted to Runescape. Or at least I was. Two days ago though I sat down with my calulator and figured out how much time it would take me to become skilled enough to smith full rune. 1500+ hours if I were to mine all the minerals myself... I have not had the same urge to play since the discovery.

Normally, I wouldn't recommend this, but I think you need to see a priest, rabbi, monk, shaman, and/or voodoo specialist pronto. That's a magnitude of vice that requires deep holy cleansing immediately, preferably administered via every single religion you have access to.

Congratulations for everyone who reached their various post milestones. I'm too tired to search for all the celebration topics and too caught up with Polaris not appearing to me even when I can clearly see it in a google cache.

Seems to work just fine with me. Sorry, if I'm stating the obvious, but you do know they've moved, right?

Indeed congratulations to Ephesos, Salmon and Aran on their respective posting milestones.

Ah thankyou. But how long has there been a new board? Because it's been about 2-3 months since I've last been able to get onto Polaris.

Not only that, but they've moved again. This one was more recent, though.

The new board appeared around 12 hours before the old one went. We sent out a bulk email notification, but it only reached the ones who enabled admin emails... sorry for locking you out for all this time, but at least you're back now. :)
