What's the second wheel for? I only have a five button optical mouse (left and right, two side buttons for back and forward navigation, and a scroll wheel/button). But it's made to fit the human hand, which is awesome. I just wish it was a little bigger, because I have big hands.

I think some people use the second wheel for switching between applications or something similarly wacky.

Actually, to be perfectly honest, the second wheel on my mouse has so far not served any real purpose, because they do much the same (ie. scroll vertically). Except in spreadsheets, where you can scroll in both directions.

I guess it would be possible to configure it to do something useful though.
