As there doesnt seem to be a forum specifically to discuss this game thought I'd try this general. Have just bought full version of Homeland after playing demo couple of years back. Unfortunately due to some problem that hopefully will be sorted out I cannot start from where I left off at end of demo as save format will not work with full version. Therefore have had in the meantime to start again. Am at playroom stage and have first cube. When try to place on any of four pedestals nothing is happending. I know cube is supposed to charge and get me through first door to get next key etc. Am I missing something or should this work? Posts: 2 | Registered: Saturday, March 27 2004 08:00 |

You're in the demo you say? The lost library (or whatever it was called)? I think you should charge the cube by putting it on one of the pedestals and then use the cube on the door. By using this method, you should be able to open all the doors, one by one. Each door has it's own pedestal. It's been a while since I played Homeland, though. Seaweed that is what I was asking. I have already played demo and am starting again with full version. When I try to place cube on any of four pedestals nothing is happening. I remember from first time this worked. Have I forgotten to do something else? Posts: 2 | Registered: Saturday, March 27 2004 08:00 |

I see. Have you tried to "use" the cube on the door (after getting it charged by putting it on the pedestal)? I don't think just putting it on the pedestal is enough. [ Sunday, March 28, 2004 07:53: Message edited by: Seaweed ] Posts: 756 | Registered: Monday, August 4 2003 07:00 |
