I've been playing this great game for 2 months now and I'm having problems findingKhoths Ruins to complete the translate scroll quest.

Hey guys,
Please help, spoken to Mayor and opened the cell door and the ungrateful chap just wants to fight. Anyone know how to talk to him so I can help him escape?
