I did this: Moved aside my current Avernum 4 f folder.Installed 4.0.1.Removed the 4.0.1 "Avernum 4 Files/Save" directories.Copied my 4.0 "Avernum 4 Files/Save" directories into the 4.0.1 tree.After this, I could load my games and things seemed to work. However, I don't want to find out after playing on for a few days that there is some horrible show-stopping problem. Is there any reason why this shouldn't work? Thanks! Adrian. Hey:

I purchased Avernum 4.0, and now I just downloaded 4.0.1. I did this:
Moved aside my current Avernum 4 f folder.Installed 4.0.1.Removed the 4.0.1 "Avernum 4 Files/Save*" directories.Copied my 4.0 "Avernum 4 Files/Save*" directories into the 4.0.1 tree.After this, I could load my games and things seemed to work. However, I don't want to find out after playing on for a few days that there is some horrible show-stopping problem.

Is there any reason why this shouldn't work?
