i disabled character editor, and i still can't get it back on, i read the backwards text, but i don't know where to find that file it says to go into. i have the downloaded version, and then i registered it. will that have some effect to it?

ack, i got a mirror and read it but i can't find the file. i have the downloaded version, and then i registered it, where would i look?

i don't often use the character editor, only when i need it but i disabled it by accident, how do i fix it? someone plz help. :confused:
