What I'm propasing is just make all files dealing with the seneriao editable/readable for any aspiring seneriao editors. Essinatly I'm just asking for it to be made possible and let anyone who trys find for themself. I like a lot of people would like to see a Blades of Geneforge. However I have every time some made this suggestion I have seen other people list at least half a dozen good reasons why its not going happen. My idea is that when makeing Geneforge 5 is that Jeff not go out of his way to make a Blades of Geneforge but place the seneraio data in one folder. If we wanted a differen't seneraio we simply take those files out and replace them with the player created seneraio files. just program the game engine to only excpet the orginal files till it has been registered. I admit I hardly know anything about programing. Coutal was tracking the human, this human like many other unforutnate humans was the victim of a series of unfortunate events. However what caught his attetion was when he encountered to the person was the sense of bitterness towards the gods, nothing open though. A human who's trust in the gods, as a whole, is broken, is not easily found. Just what Geltor need for his experment Coutal thought. Under various guises Coutal gave hints about the alter in Kirwood and Coutal went to the town ahead of him and waited for the human. Coutal would accompany him as a traveler to the outskirts of Kirwood. That way he could influence and guide the human as long as possible. Coutal decided against enter kirwood him self becuase the risk of detection was to great. However a single discontent human would not be worth the notice of the gods. -------------------------------------------------- Soradin was in a a moderate size town in the western kingdom of Tharin. As with most of the farming people in this area the worshipped an various assorment of farming a fertailty gods. One day the main priest in town announced that he once he had undegone some type of fasting and mediation ritual last a couple days that the gods would grant him the abilty to bless the wells returning the water to them. Soradin after here the preist's procalmation, went to the herbolgist's shop as he was closeing and killed him gaining his knowledge of posions. He mixes up a brew of a posion that is was water activiated. He then sets in the oven and waits till is caked. Once done he will simply have to powder it. I use a program called hamachi. Its a networking porgram that allows you to create or join a network you can chat with who ever might be online you can also browse through files that are in the share folder and vice versa. The robot launches Nerf balls really fast. Few guys got hit were the sun doesn't shine and they were in no small amount of pain. It was extremly tempting to have Geltor attack Burrad. However I decided against it. Now that another highly beurcratic force has confronted him I can't resist haveing him trying to destroy it. The lighting storm came and shattered the marige revealing that 2/3s of the army he brough was an illusion. The demon orb not only was it useful for communication, weapon, it could also help wiht illusions. Geltor was suprised however to see that most of the real demons had been killed Geltor thinks to h ims self "Was that luck or could Seoth see through my illusions?Proably the latter." Now it was time to deal with the problem at hand. Geltor: Yes well you and Minoko have a problem as I don't exactly recognize her or what ever legal system she operates by legitimacy. As far as James I have agreed with someone to capture and return him he left without permission. You stand in my way, you stand in his way and trust me you don't want to do that. He is the extension of a realm and is the work of several powerful gods. When he defied them several powerful gods couldn't stop him. However I make a counter proposal for you. You recognize my right to, whats the term, extradite, James I'll try to keep collateral damage with my war too the gods down to a minimum." Joshua: "Minoko would never go along with it. James is a very profitable industry. Besides, you should be glad she even considered extending you this offer." Geltor: "That's rather unfortunate" *Geltor siphons a lightning bolt from the storm and launches it at Joshua, much to Geltor's surprise, dodges it. Somewhat surprised by the attack, Joshua stared at Geltor for a moment. He quickly regained his composure as another lightning bolt came at him. Joshua quickly teleported out of the way and drew his sword.* Joshua: "I should've known you would do something like that. Demons are by their nature very stupid" Geltor: "You dare mock me!" *Geltor lunged at Joshua, grabbing him by the throat* Geltor: "The only stupid one here is you. You're powers will my a fine addition to my already formidable arsenal." *Geltor's hand started to glow strangely as he tried to drain Joshua's power. For some reason it wasn't working. This surprised Geltor. In this moment of confusion, Joshua managed to pry Geltor's hand from his throat and teleport several feet away from him.* Joshua: "So, you're a power stealing demon like me. My sources never told me that. I really should sue some of them later for that. Looks like I'm at a bit of a disadvantage now. I may not be able to do it now, but when I next see you, I will destroy you." ------------back at Geltor's base----------------- Geltor was in a meeting with four of his demons assians. Coutal was still out on special orders. Geltor "We have three things that we need to work on. First off the army lacks discpline the army will be divided into divisions each on of you will assume control over a divsions. Second Seoth h as assumed control of a sizeable portion of undead demons. Since they are still demons I might be able to seize control of some of them or at the very least cause him to loss control of them wreck and havok. Third we need to work on a way to see through Seoth's illusions." With that the Demons exited the building. Geltor was ammused to think that anyone would try to force laws on a demons. Destroying them was hard enough, make them civilized never not even Burrad tried that he doubt minko could succed. Still Geltor decided to proceed cautiously. Construction on his portal to hell here at his base was almost complete. He need to consult with gate keeper soon. how about the abilty to do more variants. Like a healing vilsh, a sting clawbug, or guardian roamer. However to make variant not only would you need the 3 levels for that creations but you need to find the knowledge to do so canister/book. Also have it were you can grow some creations in a vat, have it take a while (some type of trigger or timmer). The advantage is that vat grow creations cost less essence. You wouldn't need a base you just need a freindly shaper/rebel lab that grants you the permission to grow creations in that vats. Coutal snuck back out of Seoth base he learned enough to know Seoth intended on betraying them. Geltor was already mobilizing his army preparing to attack Seoth while still under attack by the purging goddess. Coutal waits till the purging god starts attack Seoth and his undead minions again then he rushes out of sight. ----------------------------------------------------- Back at the Demon Base: Soradin "Geltor the army awaits" Geltor focuses on a small empty space and it burst into flames evntually the flames start to take up a circle shape and it grows bigger until its large enough the whole army can march through it. Geltor "Soradin you are to head to the western nations and undermine any hold the gods may have on them. Start rumors, civil wars, mistrust and the sort. Remember make the people hate the gods. Don't bother with alliances we are just trying to create one more mess the gods have to clean up." Soradin "Just like the old days, a god is much easier to fight when his followers are against them." Soradin hurries off to a portal that takes him to the Western States. Geltor "Army we march." Geltor heads off into the portal being followed by his army and their siege weapons. -------------------------------------------------- At Seoth's lair: At huge fiery portal forms as surprising as that was. Seoth and the purging goddess were not distracted from their fight. "No matter" Geltor thought "It will be that much easier". In a few mintutes Geltor's army was through and setting up siege weapons which would soon be ready to fire. Some of those who had been mages already cast attack spells at the dome but so far they all dissipated off it. Geltor raised his hand in to the air and into it a huge ball of black energy started forming. It grows too about the size of two larges houses and Geltor hurls at the dome. The dome and all inside was incinerated Geltor thinks "I wonder." Geltor teleports to where Seoth and the purging goddess were fighting. He appears right behind Seoth and beaks his neck. Geltor then follows up with a kick to the purging goddess that sends her flying and despite the force she impacted the ground with got up unscathed. She shrieks "Foul demon" and she starts to engage Geltor's army. One thing I like to see is shapers simply doing a recuritment drive since they are low on shapers. Say like you attach an appertince to a shaper going off to war said shaper trains him will both are fighting in war.
